DELIVERY:
We believe that we have employed excellent delivery partners who provide you with the best attention to care and prompt and efficient service.
Deliveries are only made within Australia.
Product delivery should be within 10 working days, but as long as we keep feeding the chipmunks in the packing room you’ll get your order sooner than that. If stock is not readily available we will email or phone you to advise you of a slight delay.
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate delivery information may result in delays. If we incur a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers due to inaccurate delivery information provided by you, that charge will be passed on to you.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has left our premises.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure prompt arrival of your products, but there may be times when deliveries are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order. However, in these circumstances your products will be delivered via Australia Post free of charge to any where in Australia.
The customer is responsible for informing Tonik Homewares if an order does not arrive. Once informed, we will work with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Our couriers attempt to deliver between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday only. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
