PAYMENT METHODS
Here at Tonik Homewares we aim to provide a shopping experience where you are able to navigate through our store with ease. The payment methods we have provided you with are not only safe but very easy to use. Below is a quick description of each payment method to guide you.
PayPal:
1. You do not have to be a member or become a member to use this option.
2. PayPal is a very safe gateway to enter your credit card details (Tonik Homewares doesn't even see your details). All major credit cards are accepted. Simply enter your credit card details and PayPal will let us know that you have paid. As soon as we receive this notification (very fast) we can ship your order.
Bank Transfer:
1. On confirmation of your order our Bank details will appear on the screen:

2. To make payment, transfer funds electronically to the above account (via internet banking). Please provide your name as the reference for the transfer.
3. Upon receipt of funds your order will be shipped. Please note that Bank Transfers take a few days to clear, so you will need to allow a few extra days for delivery.

RETURNS AND CREDITS
Tonik Homewares is committed to providing quality products to our members. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it to us within 7 days – in new condition with original packaging and accessories – and we will replace it, or refund your purchase.
To return products to Tonik Homewares please affix postage to your package, include your receipt and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Unfortunately your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
If your product has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, and send us an email via our contact form )so that we can provide you with a return address.

DELAYED DELIVERY
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tonik Homewares if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
ITEM SUBSTITUTES
Tonik Homewares will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
DISPLAYED PRODUCTS
Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as dishes, glasses etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.
OUR PRICES
Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
